All bookings are initially set for one hour. If you would like a longer session, be sure to mention this in your notes as well.

Approval Required: Once your request is placed, the Front Office will reach out shortly to confirm availability and booking details.

Booking Deadline: No bookings will be approved after 6 PM on Friday until 9 AM on Monday for weekend requests.

For example, if you want to book on Saturday and submit a booking request on Friday at 10 PM, it’s too late to approve.

Respect Your Time: Please use only your allotted time. If you run over, you will be charged for the extra time. (Cameras are in place for safety and security.)

Key Accesss: Ensure you inform us if you have keys for your weekend booking. This is essential for both your safety and the studio’s security.

Building Security: If you are the last to leave, make sure to:

Turn off the lights (Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine).

If you have a physical key (not a key card), please remember to lock the elevator. Just as you wouldn’t leave your home unlocked, please do the same for the studio.

The Maggie Flanigan Studio is the leading acting studio in New York City where professional actors train for long careers. The acting programs at the drama school are based on the Meisner Technique and the work of Sanford Meisner. The two year acting program includes acting classes, movement classes, voice and speech for actors, commercial acting classes, on camera classes, cold reading, monologue, playwriting, script analysis and the Meisner Summer Intensive.
