Remembering Elliot B. Quick

Elliot B. Quick – Maggie Flanigan Studio
Elliot taught theater history at the Maggie Flanigan Studio for the last 7 years. He was a brilliant man of the theater. It’s champion. A lover of conversation and debate. A passionate teacher. Elliot loved teaching, and left a deep impression on everyone who entered his class. It is a challenge to make theater history a compelling and interesting class, but Elliot achieved it.
Elliot was part of the heartbeat of my studio, and one of the best teachers I have known. I grieve for what we have lost. I grieve for Abbey and his family. And I grieve for my students, who loved and respected him deeply. Elliot, may you sleep soundly.
